Frequency of Draws – a draw will occur in respect of each emailed newsletter sent out during the year commencing 6 September 2008 until 6 September 2009 and containing the Be a Weekly Winner offer.
The prize for each draw is one (1) dvdorchard Gift Voucher with a face value of $100 redeemable on the dvdorchard web site at www.dvdorchard.com.au.
Qualifying Requirement for entry - open to dvdorchard and Gamesmarket account holders, including new account holders, who have placed an order for ONE(1) or more DVD's, books, cd’s or games in the 30 days before, up to and including the Closing date for the draw, provided that the order is despatched in full within fourteen(14) days of the date of order.
Method of entry - There are 2 methods of entry:
- Clicking the “Enter Me in the Draw” button on a newsletter emailed in the week to which the draw applies to lodge ONE (1) entry in the draw, AND placement of an order for ONE(1) or more DVD's, books, cd’s or games in the 30 days before, up to and including the Closing date for the draw, provided that the order is despatched in full within fourteen(14) days of the date of order.
- Placement of an order for THREE(3) or more DVD's, books, cd’s or games in the week from the date the draw opens until the Closing Date for the draw, provided that the order is despatched in full within fourteen(14) days of the date of order, to lodge an additional TEN (10) entries in the draw. You MUST enter the Coupon Code EYEWON on the checkout page.
The chances of winning a prize are estimated at 1 in 100.
Closing Date(s) – 7 days after the emailing of a newsletter containing notice of the current draw and no later than 6 September 2009.
Date(s) of the draw(s) - 7 days after the Closing Date at 10am.
The winner will be determined by drawing a winning number from a large receptacle containing a number for each qualifying entry.

Winner will be announced by email 7 days from the date of each draw.
