James Purefoy stars as William Travers, a criminal barrister recovering from a nervous breakdown who finds himself being pursued by a ruthless police detective. At the same time an old university friend asks him to defend him for a murder he swears he didnt do. Travers finds himself plunged into a conspiracy that stretches far beyond the courtroom.
Nail-biting tension builds through a journey of moral dilemmas that hurtle towards a devastating conclusion.
