Paddington Bears bank account is bare, and its soon going to be Mr Browns birthday. When Mr. Brown says that he hasnt seen a one man band for ages, Paddington is inspired to take to the streets playing his harmonica, but produces some sour notes. The beloved bear eventually wins some money in a dance contest, and is able to bring Mr. Brown a special birthday present that night.
